The Service

Fart-a-Day is a phone call subscription service. Upon subscribing, you will receive automated phone calls at random times during the designated call window (1pm–7pm Eastern) that play a short sound and then disconnect.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe. The service is currently available to US phone numbers only.

Phone Verification

Phone verification is required at signup to prevent misuse. By subscribing, you consent to receiving automated calls at the phone number you provide.

Acceptable Use

This service is intended for personal entertainment. Using it to harass, spam, or otherwise disturb others is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

Billing & Cancellation

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Limitation of Liability

Fart-a-Day is provided “as is.” We are not liable for missed calls, call quality issues, or any embarrassment caused by answering a fart call in a quiet room.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
